Sega arcade titles?

What arcade games will be included in this? Scud Race? Virtua Fighter Kids? Virtual Tennis?

Man Who Erased His Name had the best so far imo. Daytona 2 worth the price of admission alone.

It baffles me that the OG Monkey Ball arcade never made it in. Especially since it's one of Nagoshi's older games.

Whatever it is, I hope there'll be more than 3 games.


They should bring back games that barely got represented like Virtual On or the latest new games like Daytona, Spikeout and similar. New games are also welcome.

Scud Racer, Last Bronx, Planet Harriers and HoTD 2 would be titles I'd love to see them include. I'm trying to think of the name but there was an Ambulance variant of Crazy Taxi that'd it be cool to see in there.

TBH I'd love to see SEGA revive Virtua Tennis, I had so many amazing online games of VT4 and I'm still patiently waiting for the next actual VF game.

Yeah! I still hope they add Sega Marine Fishing as I preferred that to Bass Fishing, as it's a lot more varied. The PC version is a bit of a struggle to get running well.

But then again SMF is Naomi hardware, which they haven't emulated yet, so less likely.

If they carry on adding Model 3 arcade games, then these haven't been in Yakuza/LAD game in any form yet. The ones marked X have obvious licensing issues that would likely prevent them being included:

Virtual On Oratorio Tangram

Then again there are more Model 2 games that haven't been added, and older classic games.

I hope they don't just add The Ocean Hunter and reuse other games in recent LAD titles...

Been watching the RGG Like a Dragon Direct and noted Virtua Fighter 3 is also in this game.

Is there any chance of getting any of the following titles either as Arcades or Sega Saturn minigames (in a similar way as we got the Master System in LAD Gaiden)?

Golden Axe the Duel
Dynamite Deka (or Dreamcast's Dynamite Cop)
Decathlete
Virtua Cop 2
Sonic R (Saturn only)
Fighter Megamix (Saturn only)
X - Manx TT SuperBike
X - Sega Rally Championship
V - Virtua Racing (got it on Switch)

All these games could also be part of the 2-Player Vs. Minigames in the main screen.

Baku Baku Animal fits with the plot with all that animal-crossing novelties that are introduced in Pirate Yakuza. Just don't put the Master System or PC version. Arcade or Saturn were the best.

Golden Axe the Duel was rare to find back then because of the increasing interest for 3D fighters. However, including it now could serve as a promo for the upcoming Golden Axe game.

Saturn's Dynamite Deka also includes Deep Scan (1979). If it was included in Pirate Yakuza it would be the first game that you play a game within a game within a game. It's also sea-themed.

Any thoughts?

I just saw a full video of the arcade and it seems to contain (deep breath):

5. Spikeout Final Edition
6. Sega Racing Classic (Daytona USA) 2: Battle On The Edge (the original dome version of the first track!)
7. Plus, as it was in The Man Who Erased His Name, I suspect we'll get Sega Racing Classic (Daytona USA) 2: Power Edition too

This looks like a promising list for the Anaconda arcade.

Also, for those interested I watched on Sega's twitch that there is a Master System in the island cabin. Probably in other places too. Don't know the full list of games tho. Let's hope they include Transbot, Wonder Boy in Monster Land, Shadow Dancer: the Secret of Shinobi (can serve as a promo for the upcoming Shinobi game) and Sonic 1 (the Master System version not the Game Gear one).

No news so far for other Model 1, 2, 3, Naomi, ST-V or Saturn games mentioned above. Wish to make a future DLC in which Goro replaces his Master System with a Saturn.

Unfortunately, looks like Virtua Striker 2 had stadium ads and the adidas ball so probable licencing issues as well and I don't think they can remove them somehow.
