You have funny timing because I read an article this morning about the possibility of Skies of Arcadia coming back.
"Sega has filed trademarks for Skies of Arcadia and Eternal Arcadia in Japan — and plenty of Dreamcast and GameCube fans are going wild worldwide."
Here's a link at the bottom.
Now, nothing is concrete as of yet, but people are talking a lot about SoA lately in a similar way that WInd Waker was getting talked about........AND wind waker is definitely coming back. As for wind waker? It's all about timing. Even the Nintendo Music App's launch video confirmed Wind Waker was coming to the service.

"Sega’s higher-ups are seemingly on board with aggressively reviving old and idle gaming series"
I think a game like SoA fits that mold perfectly.
