Unusual Request....

This might be a bit of an unusual request, but it's also a suggestion.
Would it be possible to have some events happen at the outside latrine building?
For example attempting to peek inside, or accidentally walking in, or people accidentally walking in on YOU (the player character).
It would at the very least give some use to the outside bathroom building.

I have communicated with the developer before and they said that many characters haven't appeared yet, including the part you mentioned. I feel it's worth looking forward to
