Quality of Life Additions.
I'm liking the game so far, however, I do have a few quality of life additions that I recommend implementing, which players such as myself may like:

1. I would recommend adding a "library" function to view the CG's we have already seen before, whenever we want.

2. A levelling and stat system could also be implemented, e.g. player level, crafting level, fishing level, mining level, swordsmanship level, etc. Reaching certain levels in "life skills" would unlock passive effects that strengthen the player in some way.

3. Stats could be made visible, for example, HP and Stamina would show a number on a health bar, and when you give or receive damage, it would show as a numerical value, etc.

4. Translate the achievements to English on the English Steam Page, perhaps make them viewable in-game as well?
5. An Auto-Sort function for when the player wants to dump similar items into storage boxes, it'd be far better than having to sort them manually.

Seeing as it's a Chinese Wuxia game, we really are lacking a "Cultivation" system where our character can passively accumulate chi and mastery by doing things and unlocking perks. As mentioned before, with the durability as it is, I'd love some perks such as being able to magically repair equipment using stamina and health, like "Essence of Repair," chance for extra materials and fish catches, or just increased efficiency with actions.
6. Stop the Pokedex from resetting on New Game +, and maybe add a few achievements for completing the various categories of the Pokedex to 100%.
7. Prevent the loss of all crafting recipes in New Game +, perhaps resetting only the recipes tied to the storylines while retaining all the normal recipes (Tools, Food Recipes, etc.).

8. A mount system, maybe an event or a quest line, where you save a horse and nurture it back to health; eventually, it decides to become your mount (it carries over to New Game +).

9. An option to show how many days have passed in your current play-through (Resets with every New Game +).

10. A countdown timer for time-limited events/ quests.

It would be fun if you could befriend various types of yaoguai, turning them into either followers, semi-automation/errand runners, or mounts. I'd enjoy having those damned monkeys or a treant working for me.

That would be an interesting idea, but it probably wouldn't work well in a game that has fewer than a dozen monsters and a fairly short gameplay loop.
Perhaps a "spiritual pet" system could be introduced, where they can be strengthened with "spiritual fruits", which allow the pet to provide you with passive effects.
Not to mention that having your mount be a "spiritual pet", you're given a lore reason why your pet can carry over into New Game +.
