Should I buy BTD5 on Steam? Difference between free and paid version?
To start off, I haven't played BTD for about 1 or so... I'm thinking about playing it again. But before that, I want to hear your answers. Thanks.

there are many threads with this question but here is a general answer

steam version is pretty much the same as the mobile one except there are no microtransactions.
if you havent played mobile version then yes its definitely worth buying steam version as there are many more maps and towers. If you do own mobile version then its your call if you would like to play it on a bigger screen and not experience any lag at higher levels (that was number 1 problem with free version for me) i used to set up a map on apopalypse go to bed and wake up 8 hours later and still be at round 200 or so,

Thank you, I do not own BTD5 on mobile, but I'll probably buy it on steam :)

To add to that, we also can't ignore the fact that Ninja Kiwi have both told owners of BTD5 Deluxe in emails, as well as here on steam in the forums on similar questions, that they plan to focus their efforts from now on toward the steam version. This means more frequest bug fixes, additional content, etc.

Don't buy it, you'll pay for a suposedly "CO-OP" game that has no means of communication what so ever.

You revived a thread from November 2014, to reply to a comment from July 2015, talking about a feature that wasn't added at the time. Look at the dates before you reply next time =/

I like the steam version the best as the highest quality and you don't have to pay for premiums so much fun to play addicting stuff
