Yes.

But only when you purchase and activate all the tiers of the Dartling Gun Specialty Building.

Then you can choose FIXED TARGETING for each Dartling you deploy.

Yes! I actually discovered this while playing co-op, I saw that I was able to lock the dartling gun in place. After messaging my partner they told me this was because they had the specialty building for it (I guess you didn't really need the backstory but i like typing). So all you need to do is get the specialty building for the dartling gun monkey and you'll be LOCKED IN ;).

I got that speciality building too, very useful when you want to use dartling gunners with banana farms.

Actually you only need up to the 3rd tier unlocked to get that. Final tier after that increases the pierce by 1, which is still handy, especially before your dartling gunner's been upgraded to ray of doom.
