Yes. Steam BTD5 Co-op mode will mix players from both PC Steam version and BTD5 Mobile version in Quick Matchup play.
Ironically, this Co-op integration is what has caused the biggest issue in Steam BTD5 Co-op - NO CHAT function.
NK reports it is incredibly hard to implement a chat function that will work for both PC Steam BTD5 and BTD5 Mobile.

I didnt realise it was cross platform.
Is quick match the only way though, I wanna have a private match with my mates who are on mobile
