Thank you very much for giving me that link to the original virus problem thread which contains the instructions. By adding that to the excluded files list on McAfee (which only contains the game file), I am able to play the game again with the progress I've had already there before Thursday begun. Can obviously confirm that the virus does not exist and you've identified the problem correctly. I will let support at Ninja Kiwi know that the problem has been fixed and I can continue winning XP, monkey money etc..
