how to sign into Bloons TD 6 with my ninjakiwi account?

Basically i'm trying to sign into my ninjakiwi account on the game so i can backup save data to the cloud. But every time i put in my username and password it tells me that they are wrong. But the same username and password work just fine on the ninjakiwi homepage.

Forgot to mention i'm playing the game on android

you don't sign in to the game with the ninja kiwi account, you can use your google account, & Facebook account to send data to the cloud, just a heads up

i wanted to create a ninjakiwi account on the web(so it gets saved in my password manager) and use it to sign in into the game. however it seems it doesnt work like that, the accounts are not the same as you cannot log in with the same email and password.

it seems that you must create an account within the game, and the account you create on the web it simply to be able to write to support.(my password manager saved the credentials to ninjakiwi.zendesk.com. zendesk is a customer support service). it seems to have no correlation to the game account.
