Bloons TD5

Which Specialty building do you use and why?
I've been trying to find the best specialty building. However, most topics are about the flash version of this game and that one is the ninja monkey building because shadow copy actually copies the upgrades of the ninja monkey making it very powerful.

But in the mobile version even if you have a 4-2 ninja monkey and use the shadow copy ability it just makes a 0-0 ninja monkey.

Enginner.

enginner overall is the best starting tower on impoppable, even so, i use a bloon bush just to be safe, lol.

also feels like the one you can be the most lazy with, which as someone who has replayed this game 5 or 6 times, is what i want.

Dart Monkeys are superior if you want max eco., as they are useful at 0/0. If you can afford to lose lives then Dart Monkeys will carry you far.
A single 2/3 Boomerang could easily tear through the early rounds, so it's superior if you can afford to upgrade them.
Engineers are useful, but the best way to utilize his ability is the 1/0 upgrade, which in turn in total costs a bit too much for my tastes.

If you want maximum eco with potential leakage, Dart Monkeys.
If you want maximum power, with no camo detection, Boomerangs are the way to go.
If you want an in-between, pick Engineer.

I use Dart Monkeys most of the time, except Boomerangs on Fast-track.

If you choose to not use speciality buildings, Engineers are superior.

I often use the Engineer building, since with it, a 1/0 engineer and 3/2 ninja can bring you a long way. I use it with heavy farming to start a good regen farm at 42 or 49.

I usually use Chipper, because I am too lazy to pick up all the bananas, so I use 0/1 or 4/2 Chippers to stand by my factories.

However, I think the best building is the boomerang

Dart monkey, it saves you $200 on your starting defense allowing you to get a farm online quicker, it also makes darts explode which means easy & cheap camo lead popping power along with some decent aoe damage for each dart.
The 10% cheaper and %5 firing speed bonus just makes the carry monkey even more carry

Although I will switch to engineer when it's a mastery mode track, just because you need that extra early game popping power to not overwhealmed, otherwise dart monkey all day every day

The other buildings just don't seem as good to me when compared to Dart monkey or Engineer specialty building, although lair for lategame sounds cool~

Glue Monkey

If you have a fully upgraded ice monkey in front of a fully upgraded glue monkey, no bloon will get past unless via moab.
