activate all upgrades for (monkey lab unlockables) achievement?

Uhh so I've finally unlocked all masteries and completed all levels on all difficulties, bought my first 13/13 monkey lab upgrade for the starting cash one which was all I could afford at the moment... but got no achievement for it? Am I missing something here? Is there a hidden level 14 lab upgrade or am I getting glitched on the achievement? This is pretty upsetting for the amount of hours Ive put into this I would like my achievement please.

Ah okay I did get it after playing a few rounds. I got it on a new game Monkey Lane, medium, round 5 in the middle of the round. So that's a relief.

(It seemed to not proc on starting or from placements, but rather from upgrading a tower for what ever reason, at the moment I turned tier 1 banana farm into tier 2 on round 5. This could also mean being proc'd on spending the full 400 extra starting cash to attain the achievement idk. Or could simply be a delay which I've seen before in many other games.)
