[RESOLVED]BTD5-Win.exe Crashes on Start-up [Changing windowed doesn't work]

Go to this folder: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Bloons TD 5\Docs and open config.json with a text editor. You should then see the following:

From here, all you have to do is change windowed mode to "false", which will look like this:

I've never launched the game before, just downloaded it and it crashes on startup. The Bloons TD 5 folder is not in the \local folder.

For some odd reason after shutting down last night then turning it on this morning the game boots. Maybe the computer just needs to restart.
