first: He is crying upon his own fail first start to make up a game.

I have no way of telling if it is the same Dev. I do find it rather odd that the GUI for the game was more or less sold to us as looking the same. If this is a case of coincidence then .... well I am not sure what to say. My gut is saying the Dev's took the money, cut and run to make something far cheaper, but again that is nothing more then speculation, so without hard evidence .....
WingAndThings...for me, she was the last spark of hope left for this game. She left partly because she found other work opportunities and partly because she and Grant couldn't come to an agreement for regularly scheduled community updates. She would often post news about the game with very little information from Grant, leaving her to speculate what has been accomplished based on what he had planned to work on.
It seems the developers and publishers are different for the Dragon Sim Online (DSO) game. The dragon model appears to be the same as or similar to one that was used in an earlier version of Dragon The Game (DTG). That model was a publicly available asset, so it could be used in other games. It was not made specifically for DTG.
F.Y.I Red Level Game and Sky Drake Studios are the same company under different names. Dragon is self-published and the various studio/publisher names were created throughout the game's development, including "Sky Drake Studio", "Red Drake Studio", "Red Level Games", et cetera.
The game's save files are currently found under "%UserProfile%/AppData/LocalLow/Red Level Games/", although older saves would be found under folders with the older studio/publisher names.
They're just using the same cheapo assets.
Seems they already are doing that, but now calling it "Day of the Dragon". Sure it might be a entirely different game but the very concept, and mechanics behind it, I cannot help but think this is Grant out to scam people once again.

Youtuber that did the review on it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v5GFPOQNAhI Remember the Youtuber is a innocent part in this so do not go giving them hate for something they did not know about.
