Question - is anyone else having this problem? Is there anyway to get it fixed?

I purchased the game may 23rd, the last day to get it, last day obviously meaning that on the 24th, the option of getting it with the early access was impossible. I got the iconic edition too, and I am sure of that, yet the game says that I'll be able to access it May 30th. Anyone know?
