This game does NOT support game controller, which is a big joke for a run N gun Contra style game in 2024.

Since when did flash games ever use controllers? Dafυck? Realistically speaking, of all the Commando flash games, only the first can actually work with a controller as the game controls are very alike with Metal Slug's and even then the game isnt even in this compilation. Any game after the first has the mouse to aim specifically where you want, rather than just being able to aim front, straight down or up. In other words have fun mousing over destructible projectiles and nimble hostiles with a controller that might even have some delaybase in it.
