On steam, there are not many games like this and that you know for sure. There is Rambo which you already have, but other than that I guess maybe IS defense, Epoch, Mad Bullets and also this pack perhaps http://store.steampowered.com/sub/80562/
However the quality varies across and I would say that perhaps the Blue estate is best one on steam. There is also Typing of the dead, but you type there!
Really upset with Typing of the Dead - i'd love a normal rail shooter not a typing game. Blue Estate arcade is great but the missions are just too short. If it had a neverevending kind of mode, survival/horde that would be great. But it's amazing in all ways, well worth the money and will have to revisit it again I know.
I don't have Epoch nor mad bullets...but watched mad bullets being played by my friend and it looked like fun, slightly casual shooter (even kids friendly I think) for when you need a quick fix. But it's more on the casual side, feels quite tablet-ish. The tripple pack has 2 games by Teyon (rambo) and Reload is from local Slovak company. I remember they tried to make some kind of shooting simulation, training scenarios, stages etc. I don't have it yet myself though.
Typing of the dead I wanted too, before I realized it's really all about typing and not like the House of dead which I've expected somehow from the name. I can typewrite quite well, just it's not what I would expect the railshooter to be. Maybe on some decent sale I will buy it eventually at least to check it out myself.
Well there are not that many options left unfortunately...but tbh I find modern military fps from consoles too linear that they start to resemble the railshooters in some respect!
This is probably not practical, but if you are a person who really loved rail shooters I'd suggest looking into one of the VR headsets. The motion controls recreate the lightgun experience while of course real 3D and immersion are off the scales.
There is one game in particular Bullet Sorrow, which really feels like a Time Crisis game done in VR, it's super fun on rails but with the coolness that you need to duck behind barriers yourself vs a button press
Also try Mad Bullets, the game is cheap and really addictive.
And yeah, if you are looking into shooters without proper movement - VR is your best bet (since it's one of the things VR actually suits well).
Yes, Typing of the Dead includes House of the Dead: Overkill DC. You just have to select it from the main menu.
I heard mention of Operation Wolf and got nostalgic and then i remembered that there is great VR on rails "arcade games" :D It is called Operation Warcade VR which "emulates" 80's on-rails shooter arcade cabinets. Everyone who likes those and has VR get it right now! :]

Yeah I think my first Amiga game was Operation Thunderbolt, which I believe was the sequel to Operation Wolf. I really enjoyed it, even though it was a bit hard. Technically it was a 'shooting gallery' game though.
