Connection issues

i cant connect to the Game Server, i have the endless loop of re-connecting (same issue for Battle Islands and Battle Ages on Xbox One) any one else have this problem??

i made a support ticket or whatever but havent heard back, its been 8 days so far.

Yeah. Looks like support is almost non-existent. I've sent 2 tickets - 1 last week and one more about 10 days ago. Got only automated responds that they are submitted, and... nothing.
Btw - looks like today's update broke the game even more - now I can't close the program, it just hangs itself and I have to go to processes to manually shut it down. Restarting computer didn;t help.
