weird memory leak when trying to stream game over discord

So i tried streaming the game to a friend on discord but when i started to play i noticed some lag then my computer seems to have a stroke, going into my control panel i noticed the game had somehow hit 90% of my memory anyone know what could have caused this i have 32GB of ram i shouldn't be crashing out like that with a game like this

I've tried both and the screen flashes intensely. My friend tries it and the client crashes for him.
