I find it unlikely that the MSVCR110.dll is actually missing.. its part of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio.. it is likely you play other games.. and have this package installed.. it ususally installs during game installation.. If running outland.exe in adminstrator mode doesnt resolve the issue.. then you would need to download the Visual C++ update.. which can be located on Microsofts site.. here..

but running the game in adminstrator mode should do the trick..
