Infinite syncing when trying to play people online. How on Earth was there no timeout implemented to prevent this, it's such a basic thing. I get that the game must've not been tested at all before being released, but this needs to be fixed ASAP. Implement a timeout so that you can't just get stuck syncing/obtaining opponent information/whatever forever which'll force you to have to quit out of the game entirely. Especially not when it happens so frequently.
Something a friend told me: "Experienced a new bug in global match.
Middle of the round my delay got set to 10 frames and stayed there for the rest of the match. When I went back to the lobby it was somehow set to 10, even though I hadn't changed it from the previous match"
Playing Single Character Vs. online (so 1v1 matches rather than 3v3) breaks your Win/Loss record. It seems to add your losses to your wins, and set your losses to 0. I had a record of something like 470-30, then I played in 1v1 mode with a friend, and afterwards my record was 500-0.
2 button inputs for navigating menus still don't work. Examples: next color in character customization, skipping rounds in replay mode, sending invites in 2-person lobbies. You can't actually use the listed button combos to use the menu functions, they only work with the preset button macros. Fixed.
Online matches only resync at round start, so if games desync in the middle of a match because one person's game slowed down there'll be really bad one-sided rollback until the next round. This was a notorious problem for Street Fighter 5's netplay.
Lobbies break and desync constantly. I'll be playing with a friend and waiting for them to hit rematch, then they'll say "are you gonna rematch?" So then I'll be like "I'm waiting for you" then exit and see that he's not in the lobby on my side anymore, while on his end he still sees me in the lobby. Or maybe we both see each other but things have fallen apart and we need to then make a new lobby. In any case this stuff needs to get fixed.
The features that are in spectator mode aren't in the replay mode??? You should be able to fast forward in replay mode.
Please for the love of God add some QoL features to training mode. Nothing crazy, but let people restart on P2 side, and on different ends of the stage. Let the dummy be able to random block crouching AND standing so people can actually practice hit-confirming from hop attacks. You know how annoying it is trying to teach someone to play but they can't practice confirming j.D cr.B s.B because the dummy is guaranteed to get hit one way or another? How about multiple recording slots and recording reversals?
When changing display settings like going from Windowed to Fullscreen Windowed, the game can take a long time to respond again, if not outright freezing and needing to be closed and restarted again. This is obviously really annoying when the game refuses to start on the display settings that you set in the options. Doesn't seem to happen anymore, but the game still starts in the wrong display mode. (Mine's set to Fullscreen Windowed, but the game will start in Windowed. Even if I change it to regular Fullscreen, it'll still start windowed.)
