Game Not Starting Problem Suddenly Solve for no reason

I experienced Game Not Running Problem Yesterday
Not even Black screen issue
because Game.exe process immediately shut down before game screen shows
I tried solution everything as known as so far (-r-w-v,SteamInput Disabled,Video Folder Delete,Change Partition,Reinstall,ReBootComputer,Disable integrated Graphics,etc...)
but didn't work

and today I tried without any single action and It's solved for no reason
It's just solved

yesterday i searched internet
i found out there is some people like me
(but this people problem is not solved)

I hope SNK AND SAFARI GAMES notice this problem and fix it asap

SNK didn't even realize the backgrounds are already locked to being static for online play. They ain't fixin' ♥♥♥♥ haha...

My friend has this issue.
