I want to disable aids

like automatic gearbox and i suspect there is steering aid

sorry bro, you can't get rid of aids, stays with you forever untill you die
on a more serious note, i assume the casual or arcade handling has some assists.
change it to pro or simulation. and you have to change the gearbox to a manual one in the setup menu.
