Save files located on Mac?

Have not seen anyone mention where the save files are stored on Mac. Are there someone who knows that could please share this info?

I cannot find anything at all on my Mac, almost anything at all. The only ting I find is the Steam.app and the Steam.dmg.
Furthermore there is noting I can relate to Steam of Train Fever.
That library-location you mention is not on my Mac. ?
I am cinfiused. I bought this game and thought it would be installed on my Mac, but I got the feeling I am always playin online ????

try this route instead (maybe you didnt install it in the default place)
Finder > Library > Application Support > Steam > /userdata/<user-number>/304730/local/save

Don't they still obfuscate application subfolders on OSX? It's like a folder that opens the application within when you double click it - You should be able to explore the contents.

OSX also has a separate "appdata" like folder where the savegames might be kept - I haven't touched OSX in years though and I doubt my OS9 Mac is going to be a lot of help there :P

Should be under the steam folder in the directory. \ Steam \ userdata \ your customer number \ 304730 \ local ........ - Deeper dig. I was surprised, the same story for me with Windows. so so where you have installed Steam - ROOT folder wit Steam

The problem is I don't see any "Steam" directory on my whole Mac. It just looks like the game is running from Steam over the line...

If you're running Steam, you have to have a shortcut somewhere. Look up the properties and you'll find the location.

At Last, I found it, thanks for your help.

Always! Try the Finder and then highlight "Go" on the top line. Hold down (alt) and you will see the library icon, press it.. Now all the files you couldn't find is only a minut away.. Specially if you can't find the Steam-Folder.

Now the steps above are working.

I am having same problem, I tried everything you guys said on this thread but i still cant find my steam folder...
