Open up these in order.
This PC

Steam
Userdata
In this folder is a unique number to your account - Open that one up. Now you're in a folder with a bunch of numbered subfolders - These are games (Each game on Steam has an internal number), open up the one labelled "304730"
Local
Save
And here all of the savegame files are.
Just because someone says something bad about the game which in all fairness they have a right to be angry.. we all do... you insult them personally.. real mature.
