Lifeberg madness!
So I was hunting lifebergs... But they seem to be multiplying like rabbits, which is an impressive feat for a such a hulking beast. Finally, when there was almost a lifeberg for each of my zailors, I had to retreat.

Look at those, it's a litter, aww!

(and there's at least four more a little bit to the north).

Is that normal? Will the whole zee become just a gigantic pile of frolicking lifebergs?

Nope, it's not normal. If it happens, avoid killing them (as this causes them to multiply faster), head to the nearest port, and restart.

I expect it's the same issue as this:

and this:

It seems to be a combination of two things:

1) Enemies seem to respawn when you leave the zone, if you're right on the edge of the zone or worse crossing back and forth it may seem like they are respawning instantly.

2) For some reason, they sometimes respawn twice. i.e. There was one, you killed it, when you leave the zone two respawn in its place. You come back, kill those two, four respawn, etc. This seems to happen more often if you've been playing for a long time in a single session.

Ok, thanks! This is pretty hilarious though. Now if I get enough weapons and Iron to kill them without taking a lot damage, I can have fun and leave a pretty rich corpse...
