I just started today as well, I had no idea it existed before buying this game. I love the art and writing and entire atmosphere, and Fallen London is certainly more of that. So many games, so little time.

Been playing ever since i picked up Sunless Sea and am enjoying every bit of it so far.

I used to play it long ago. That's how I found out about this game, actually, Failbetter sent out an e-mail announcing that Sunless Sea was out. Mind you, I stopped after a bit because it was startin to get grindy. Great fun before you hit that point, though.

Started playing Fallen London as well the same day I bought Sunless Sea. Having great fun in both games and the Lore of the whole setting is intruiging me to the point where I just want to know more.

The more I learn (in both games), the happier I become that I bought and started playing both games. But like you said, Tomn, I also believe that Fallen London will become grindy at some point. Most action based browser games do that in the end. But so far, I havent gotten to that point and I am having loads of fun.

I do always have a tab in my browser open for Fallen London. Doesn't matter what I do and I tab back and forth a few times every hour to spend my action points.

Many-year fan of Fallen London, which is the only reason I bought this game. There's no Linux support and it's virtually useless for me right now, as it refuses to work under wine. Not complaining, though, I knew what I was doing and what to expect.

I have an account on Fallen London, haven't played it in so long though because I feel like that style of game is pretty weak. I only clicked on Sunless Sea because it reminded me of Fallen London and it just happened to be made by the same guys?

This game looks very interesting, like Fallen London with more visuals and less waiting. May have to check it out.

Theres an experimental linux build. I seen mention of it in the FAQ on their web page. E-mail them, they'll verify you've bought the game and send you a copy of the build. Check their FAQ for more details.

I actually kinda want to, it sounded interesting, but i saw something about it using twitter or something like that, and i dont use that for reasons im not interested in discussing. Is it possible to use without twitter? Or was i misinformed about it being involved?

It first started out using Twitter. Then they added facebook. As of some point in 2012 (according to a RPS article) they enabled straight e-mail registration. Which is good, cuz I don't like FB or Twitter either :P

So yes, you can sign up directly with e-mail.
