Need help finding the isle of cats

So I need to get to the isle for Mr.Sacks and ive been travleing evrywhere with no clue, can you give me a direcion or place that i need to go?

The positions of islands are randomized each playthrough, but in general you should find it in the southern part of the map, close to the south continent. Could be either east or west, though - there's no way to tell. The game loves to generate the Isle of Cats near Visage for me, but could be just my experience.

To clarify, the Isle will always be in one of the five squares on the L-shaped zone, but it can be any of them and not just in the position where it is on that image.
