Manual of Miracles / veils legacy
When picking Shadowed Stranger to gain the Manual by sphinxstone delivery, is there a veils check for the delivery in London?
I dimly recall being unable to make that delivery last time, but I´m not sure if it was with shadowed background...

I don't think so? You just take the stone to London, and the buyers are waiting there.

I browsed the wiki some more and it seems it´s not required for the Shadowed Stranger, but if you chose Street Urchin as background you need >75 veils to deliver the sphinx stones if you agree to the Dusty Gentleman´s offer... hope that info is correct
