Newbie Question on fragments?
What are these used for? I see that I am gaining them but what can I use them for?

When the bar is filled you gain 1 secret. Which are used for various things, particularly raising your stats.

And how do I go about raising them? ANd where is the frag xp bar located?

It's above your log, in the lower left corner. You gain fragments when you discover an island or enemy for the first time, some actions after killing zee-monsters give fragments.

It's the yellow bar over your log. You mostly get fragments from exploring, but you can get small amounts of fragments from events all over the map. Adam's Way gives the most I think.

To raise your stats, talk to your officers. Every officer allows you to raise one stat as many times as you want up to 100.
