Where is Mt. Palmerston usually located?

Usually in the northern part of the map. It's random each time of course but I often find it up in the north-north east part of the zee

Go north from London, follow coast around to the East. You'll find it sooner or later.

Edit - Whoops. For some reason I was -sure- you said Mt. Nomad.

Mt. Palmerston is -always- on the top of the map, east of Whither and west of Irem. That's still a pretty broad area.

The safest way to find it is probably to head north until you see Codex, then head east. You'll bump into it eventually. Watch out for Mt. Nomad. :O
