Connection to Contracts Failure
I've gotten every achievements, save for the 15 connected contracts one. I have completed a few of those and was getting ready to finish some when for some odd reason, it lists that there was a failure to connect to them. Now I'm stuck with that message of connection to contract failure which screwed me over 3 contracts I was about to finish. Is there any solution to this problem? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail, plus my internet connection is good on my end, so I'm more confused and pissed that it was going to be my last achievement.

+1 not that far in the game but no connection to server, well, we need to wait...
Contact the devs. It's another server problem from their end.

This is also happening on consoles currently, specifically Xbox One for me. I'm kind of glad that it's affecting all platforms, it seems more likely that they'll actually fix it.

i submitted the problem on the koch media support site https://helpcenter.kochmedia.com/pl/games (not volition, because it says they don't offer technical support for games). i suggest that we all submit this problem, maybe they will respond quicker (AoE isn't even on their list lol).

I was browsing around and saw that this happened in the past too. Apparently there's members of the team on steam that you can contact.

I found an email that you can try: techsupport@deepsilver.com
Deep Silver is supposed to handle these issues from what I've gathered. I sent them an email and recommend as many people as possible do it as well.

Normally there was a dev that once handled this forum, but... erm... yeah.

I contacted them through that email and they said that they're aware of the issue and need time to fix it. I'm afraid that's code for "never getting fixed".

well, at least they know about this issue. let's now hope for the best.
I'd recommend that as many people as possible email them too. The best way to get them to fix it is to speak to them in numbers.

Nothing yet, I also tweeted at several accounts like the Saints Row and Deep Silver Volition accounts. I just keep suggesting that as many people as possible contact them wherever they can.
