How to level up faster?

Iam now on operation star power and it needs master programer specialization. But for that to buy it Fortune must be level 10 while iam level 8. So iam doing Agent missions to level up. Any other way to level up faster? Are Operations main missions and Agent missions side missions?

The HUD does not show this, which is not clear at all. Especially when agents still earn weird amounts of experience after missions leveling them up to 20 again. It's a weird choice imo and definitely a bug on the reward screen.

Well, the repeated lvl 20 lvl ups being a bug i can agree with, but that all Agents are gaining XP simultaneously should be really obvious to everyone who pays the tiniest amount of attention. It's very visible and not at all hidden.

I mean everyone must have at some point noticed the huge pop up in the middle of your screen showing an Agent's icon and what lvl they just reached, right ? Obviously you could tell wether it was the one you are playing as right now or not.

things you could do for increased xp output.

Gremlin tech xp booster (usable crafted at gremlin tech R&D, later in the game i think).

ALWAYS have bradock in your party (make sure you have her upgrade "natural leader" which increases squad xp by a set amount at max will increase it by 10%).

the agency upgrade ("Gonepro" combat diary camara) increases xp earned.

the main trick i am using right now is having Bradock in my squad along with Joule for her turret, (set to whatever difficulty you want i prefer specialist for the low levels currently at around 10-15) and head down to"Rossi Memorial Auditorium" (you can't miss this building it has August Gaunts face all over it right near the start of the oni investigation, or you can just go to the shipyard area near the top of the map and directly south of the right bridge's northern point you will find the building).

once there on the side street while facing the brdge look to your left and you will see a side door area with a raised platform inside that you can jump up to (on the right had side of the building), enrage legion by attacking random NPC's and then the legion soldiers that start showing up get at least level 2 wanted level to start with ad go into the side door area (it will force them to come to you and you won't need to go outside much) when things get tight jump up to the raised platform and hide up there or change out, from the raised area you can change to Joule throw out her turret and just sit back healing it by standing against the railing with the wall at you back near the door (again if you start to get hit there cack up as they can't soot through the railing, lol).

then just heal the turret and sit back earning xp .
