Gold and Gat Out of Hell Skins? (NEVERMIND)

So I got Gat's and Pierce's gold weapons at lv 20 but not Pierce's gold skin when I got him to lv 40. So do you get it a different way or do I have to restart my game/is it bugged? Also I saw that Gat has a Gat Out of Hell skin, what he looks like in Gat Out of Hell...so do you get it from chests? There doesn't seem to be any more personals after the one after the unlock mission.

EDIT: Got the gold skin from a chest in a Legion Lair, so no reward for Lv 40 besides achievement for all the agents getting to lv 40

I'm pretty sure the GOoH skin is from chests.

Yeah that's what I figured. I'mma try restarting my game after this mission. Higher difficulties aren't something to laugh at...holy hell.

I don't have the gold skin. Gonna see if restarting helps. Been forgetting...

Restarted game and made Gat lv 40. Also Pierce is the only one w/ a gold skin compared to Gat and Oni. So I guess it's from a chest? Guess there's no reward for Lv 40 other than the increased health, shield, damage and the +1 upgrade point.
