Daisy - She is OP as ♥♥♥♥, has tons of health.... Damage like God (try it out with autoaim on 10 ^^) and a good ol' merica flavor
Lazarus - Looks awsome, plays awsome, is awsome ^^
Fortune - Good movement & funny Gameplay, Nice Special
Rama - High Damage - Nice Specials - cool Sniper-Design
(edit) I dont like hardtack's playstyle but i like hes personality so hes before Hollywood
Yeti (or should i say Oleg from SR3?!) - it cracks me up every time when he starts talking about science (just like Oleg did in SR3).
Daisy - explosive, fun and who doesn't like a lady with a chaingun?!
Oni - the perfect yakuza stereotype. Extra bonus, i love his playstyle
Kingpin - probably the character with the most references to the SR series. Him remembering about "his man Pierce back in Stillwater".
Braddock - who doesn't love a sadistic gunnery sargeant?!
N.P.C.:
Persephone - the femme fatale in any film noir
Quartermile - always grumpy about his cars
Friday - always worried, mom figure for all of them
Carol from HR - the unseen entity that scares all the Mayhem agents and employees
Daisy is a powerhouse and crazy AF, Bradock shoots lasers from SPAAAACE, Fortune is my default parkour character for some reason, and overall, they're mostly fun.
However, I really dislike Red Card. While his gameplay is interesting, the psychopathic football-obssessed hooligan personnality makes him unbearable for me.
Rüdesheim!
Personally, I don't mind the fashionista side to Joule, plus she is a good room holder. Gat is my go to for starting a room, something about breaching a room as a (former) cop with a shotgun gets me going and start blasting some of the weaker enemies first, before switching out to Joule to hold the room, or switching to Daisy if there's a tougher enemy first.
Friday...but she's literally not playable.
Then Joule...but she's not playable in the sense of being absolutely terrible. I even went down to difficulty 10 with her at level 20 super agent and she still doesn't cut it.
Then Aisha...but she's also literally not playable.
Gameplay wise:
Oni. Moar like OPni.
I don't even really need anyone else other than to bust armor but go with the ninja girl to mix things up anyway.
And he's still voiced by Daniel Dae Kim, all the way since Saints Row 1.
I like playing most of them, my least favorite as far as their guns and abilities go are...
Hollywood, Kingpin, Hardtack, Joule, and Braddock.
Though I usually run around with Hardtack for the commentary. I don't feel they are the worst or anything but I just enjoy them the least, and Joule I just dont get, I'm sure shes bad ass but I don't get it.
Storywise I enjoyed them all, though I wish there was a little more to the stories. The ones I enjoyed least were....
Joule, Kingpin, Rama(I dont even really remember it), and Sceherazade.
What ? I'm sorry mate but I'm sure you're doing something very wrong. Joule is THE MOST powerful agent, by a large margin. At least in my experience... I mean, her mayhem ability is incredibly powerful, her turret can be made nigh invulnerable and the special reloads fast enough to keep it that way, said turret can draw fire from her, making her only vulnerable to AoE attacks and that is only if she stands next to the turret (granted, she pretty much has to)... AND she can be fortified when healing the turret, further reducing damage taken.
Basically, her gameplay could be :
1 - Pop the turret
2 - Make the turret invulnerable and have it taunt enemies
3 - Rince and repeat until mayhem abilty is charged (having Hollywood in the team helps with that)
4 - Pop the second turret
5 - Room is clear
6 - ???
7 - Profit.
I also got her elite legion tech yesterday, I will test it and let you guys knowhow it works out, but I suspect the ability to have a turret that has an aura of slow and enfeeble will make things even easier :)
