White screen on launch issue

There is a issue going on about a white screen issue. This has occured for me and I am as of now unable to fix it. The glitches specifications : I am able to hear sound and click on things and the game is running fine ( But if you are to take a screenshot with F12 you can see everything meaning the game is working fine ). But my screen is just white and in a window of some sorts with the AOM Styled cursor. I have no clue how to fix this and if someone from wither Volition Support or another community member was able to explain whats going on or how to fix it that would be really appreciated. ( Unlike many others i had the game working fine before hand and today only a couple hours after i was playing and returned it happened )

- Just want to say this game is pretty entertaining like it was advertised to be.

Glad to hear that you were enjoying the game before you encountered this issue. Could you please list your PC specs and dxdiag to better assist you? Also check to make sure that the exe of the game is whitelisted in your anti-virus program if you have one.

Well, your system specs should be fine.

Are you running your monitor at its native refresh state?
Did whitelisting the exe help you get up and running again?
Please make sure that the latest Nvidia drivers are installed too.

I am suffering the same issue white screen then i minamize it goes black i can hear the main menue i have tried letting it just run to see if it resolves and tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times , checking files integretiy multiple times and the closes i get is launching from the exe file but then the exe file stops working stops responds and forces the prgam to shut down.

I have actually found the full solution, what you are to do is to press Alt+Enter and of your game is on fullscreen then change it to either window or window borderless, this actually solves the issue for me ( Changing the settings from fullscreen is so that you only have to press Alt+Enter once on your experience playing AOM ) hopefully it works for others as i did for me.

To be fair, this was a solution in 2017. I must admit, I haven't kept up with the game. Unfortunately, the last time I played, which was a few months ago, I could barely run it without tremendous frame drops on all graphics despite my upgraded hardware which can run all modern day games at reasonable graphics.
