Just put them in full screen and look at them. Character blurrs into the background and it looks like a way overexposed photo. No depths to the scene, no contrast. Persephone in the 3rd shot is glaring brighter than any actual light source in the scene. She's also about to go supernova if her disintegrating thighs are any indication. It's not an artefact of taking a screenshot but looks even worse when seeing it animated in game.

Yeah, could be. I didn't have it clear so far, though. Turning the whole DoF off in the settings didn't change a thing, though.
Edit2: Added one more 'bad screenshot' and a comparison shot for Seoul, same settings, same machine.
Not sure if this may help, but its a common issue by the looks of it. The few reviews I've read mention it and I have it too. Everything looks washed out and has this out of place haze effect.
Its not a huge problem per se, but it doesn't feel like it should be intentionally so.
It's already set to "off" for me. "Use global setting (Off)" to be specific.
