This isn't really hard to understand.
Right now, in its current state, there is no way you can recommend Agents of Mayhem.
Human eye sees around 6000 fps, while our brain "runs the eyes" at around 200 fps. Depending on the person, the brain sees and computes from 40 to 260 fps. Normal people see around 200.
The Wagon-wheel effect seen by the humans shows it even better.
"The wagon-wheel effect (alternatively, stagecoach-wheel effect, stroboscopic effect) is an optical illusion in which a spoked wheel appears to rotate differently from its true rotation."
According to it, the humans see around 200 fps.
Admit it its not the main reason but that your PC is a toaster. :D
