INSIDE for macOS has been fixed and is available for download

Hi,

We are very sorry that INSIDE was made temporarily unavailable for Mac. It was due to a major render bug introduced by macOS Sequoia 15 making the game unplayable. We aim to maintain our games at a high quality standard and did not want to advertise the game as being available for macOS in this condition.

However, the work has been done and the game is updated on Apple Store and now on Steam too. This will enable users to download the game again and should not experience any render issues even on the latest version of macOS.

If you do experience any problems, please write to us at [e-mail] or comment here and we will respond accordingly.

If you've always been playing on Steam you will also noticed that this version of the game enabled higher resolutions than were previously available. So, enjoy the game at 4K, if you have a powerful new Mac. Please note that depending on your hardware, higher resolutions could reduce performance in terms of frame rate.

Don't own the game, but played the demo, which seems unplayable because of graphical issues (🤔) as well.. I don't know how game and demo are connected, but I thought mentioning it may be important.

Oh. Bought the game when it was on sale end of October and just found this bug. For a few seconds I thought it was part of the game but it was too jarring.

The game have received an update today, which fixes graphical issues.
Now, however, there's no sound and actual framerate is half of what is set as "framerate target" in the settings

I've managed to resolve missing sound by changing to another audio output and back, so maybe it is not a game related issue

We are also aware of the framerate issue. The audio issue might be a bluetooth issue caused by suspending the mac, but we are still investigating fixes for both.

I've recently bought the game on steam and I tried to use my xbox controller but doesn't seem to work even though it says it supports it. (from macOS M2 user)

Have you tried turning on Steam Input to translate the controller input into something the game can understand?
