Custom resolutions through command line parameters

This will set custom resolution:
-screen-width 3840 -screen-height 2160
Custom windowed resolution:
-screen-width 1280 -screen-height 1024 -screen-fullscreen 0

Fullscreen is pretty different from many games because game always uses windowed borderless, so the real resolution/frequency is that of your desktop.
Setting custom fullscreen resolution in game or through command lin parameters changes rendering resolution, not the real one. And it can't be higher than what your monitor can show.
Setting higher resolution may help if you want to play using Nvidia DSR or ATI VSR. I've tried this: set using Nvidia DSR desktop resolution to 3840x2160(monitor is 1920x1080 itself), set command line parameters to -screen-width 3840 -screen-height 2160 and voila! Without latter INSIDE will run in a window that takes 1/4 of screen, i.e. using native resolution.
