Help! Can't play this game

Same issue. Probably requires updated Windows 7/Graphic Drivers.

Edit: I am playing it on a workstation where I can't update windows (office environment)

I updated my drivers, reinstalled the game 4 times, runed it in compatibility mode and/or as an administrator (same for steam), nothing works, the game keeps crashing after 5 seconds of loading.
The first time it crashed (never even got to the loading page btw), it told me it could not reach the Inside server, then went on their site, made me copy paste a report. After that, it just kept crashing at the loading screen... I don't know what to try anymore :S

Here are a few suggestions:

Update your graphics drivers. Outdated drivers is the most common cause for issues like these.

Reinstall Visual C++ redist: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13523

Restart the Steam client in case there's an update.

If your computer has an on-board graphics card as well as an external card, make sure that the external card (which should be the strongest card) is actually the one being used. If the external card can't be used for whatever reason, make sure that the drivers for the on-board card are also updated.

If you have an AMD graphics card, try typing -force-d3d9 in the Steam launch options (from the Library view, right click INSIDE and go to 'Properties > Set Launch Options' and type it into the box).
