Secret dimension

I ve seen a video where a guy went to another dimension/secret room by going full speed on the floor i tried but i cant succed help please

Im guessing this secret dimension is the fast travel area. If you want to go there just go into ball mode and hold up while falling. If you have a blue trail behind you that means you have the speed required and when you hit the ground you will be teleported there.
