2nd: Giving aramusha an unblockable attack finishing and a bit of increased range and stuff seems great, but the problem with that is that you are losing diversity in the game. Many characters are now starting and finishing with the same style, I.e. unblockable/undodgeable. Having a small group of characters being able to do an unblockable or undodgeable or have a free poised attack like shugoki used to worked. But now, so many people can do the exact same thing as others that heroes are now losing their uniqueness.
3rd: Why even update the Sohei? The majority of people do not play him because he is ridiculously slow and damage output is relatively low. Cosmetics are the again almost identical to other hero’s in the same faction, which again destroys uniqueness and quality. It’s like that meme where the guy goes “I’m you but better!” meme. Except in this case Sohei is looking at hero’s and saying “I’m you but worse!”
Also that workaround of “players have to do something because we screwed up the coding and creation of the interface” is scummy. Like you’ll charge $120 for a new game but you can’t fix a user interface that was working a couple months ago that you broke
