Error keeps disconnecting me from matches

Over the last few weeks i will be disconnected mid game or at any point from the beginning to the end of the match with An error has occurred. Returning to menu (0006000154) v70.554. I thought maybe it was my modem or router but my internet runs fine. my computer is new and completely updated with all drivers, bios updated. Over the last 2 weeks its gotten worse. when it started i would get disconnected from one match in a 2 hour session and its just increased till now where i get disconnected from every single match and sooner and sooner where it was i might get disconected in the final moments of the game now its as soon as i get in or even as soon as matchmaking finds a match. i thought it must have something to do with me playing with my friends but its still does it when i play alone and not just on dominion. I got a bot match in duels and i was disconnected in 20 seconds. And it is that same error code every single time. How do i fix this. I miss playing with my friends

First of all could you please go through the connectivity troubleshooting[ubi.li] then try again to see if that helps.

If it doesn't can you confirm if you are connecting to the internet via an ethernet cable or WiFi?
