For Honor Chat Ban Duration

I got chat banned maybe 2 months ago for having 1 heated gamer moment, still not unbanned. Anyone know how long these bans tend to last?

Also wierd that cheaters and rq'ers get no consequences but 1 bad word is caught immediately.
