Can I transfer my for honor account from ps4 to pc through the latest update?

Hey guys, I have seen the latest update in for-honor (crossplay phase 2) and I was wondering if it's possible to get my heroes from PS4 to my PC account.
more like choose a primary account and have it over all the other accounts

How is this not a thing but other games you own let you cross save I have so much progress on ps4 for honor to send to pc and I wanna stream it but have to start from scratch
