Can't access store at all

From the moment i started playign im unable to even open store.

This is what always happens.
And when i want to buy steel:

i dont know how to fix that, i tried i think everything.

What steps did you try thus far? You'd want to make sure that the Steam and Uplay overlays are enabled.

You'd also want to make sure you have verified the game files, which will check for missing or corrupt files and replace them. You can do this through the steps in the guide here

I have both overlays on, i reinstalled both apps, verified files. At the beggining i didnt have shop in Uplay at all, but after getting the Marching Fire it is there, but that didnt fix my problem.

Just to confirm, the Store now appears it's just the buying Steel issue that is occurring now?

Try making sure that Steam, the game and Uplay are running with administration rights via the steps here[support.ubi.com]

Also make sure there's not a connection issue causing this, which you can do by running through the steps here[support.ubi.com]

i think the problem is solved, right as i went into the game yesterday everything was back to normal. If i have any other problems I will follow the guides. Thank you
