For Honor
Pc crashes every time I start ForHonor
I have tried reinstalling the anti cheat and forhonor, ran it on admin but its the same. I always get a blue screen with the error code unexpected kernel mode trap. The two main causes are a faulty ram module or a old driver.
I don't get this on any other game so I'm confused. Last update everything was fine so idk what to do.
Any help would be nice : )

Hey there folks.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with this particular error. This issue is known to the team and is under active investigation at the moment. Our team is gathering system files from affected players to submit to the For Honor team.

However you haven't already done so please perform each of the suggested steps here[support.ubisoft.com]. This will rule out most of the common causes of playing our games.

If after doing so you're still experiencing issues please submit your system files to us so we can investigate this further.

You can reach us either through the support website[support.ubi.com] by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook[en-gb.facebook.com] and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.

After you've opened the case if I can also ask you to attach two system reports to the case that will assist us in our investigation. Those files are:

MSInfo[support.ubisoft.com]
DxDiag[support.ubisoft.com]

Thanks.

alt+tab game crashes
Your problem is, the game just trash from head to toe. Uninstall and find a game that actually wants you to play it.

No, I have a gtx 1660 card and I still can't get into the game.
I already sent a message to support and this is what they replied:

"Sorry to hear about your experience and would like to take a look at some device related steps and work from there as needed.

Let's start by verifying the cached game data for your respective launcher:
Ubisoft : https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/faqs/000025650/Verify-Game-In-Ubisoft
Steam : https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335&l=english
Epic : https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/technical-support-c90/general-support-c91/how-do-i-verify-game-files-in-the-epic-games- launcher-a3638

If the problem persists, let's dig a little deeper by following the steps below:

1. Disable your background applications:

Go to the Start menu on your desktop. Press the Windows key and the letter R at the same time.
Type MSCONFIG and press Enter.
Go to the Startup tab and click Open Task Manager.
For each Startup item in Task Manager, select the item and then click Disable.
Close the Task Manager.
On the Startup tab of the System Configuration dialog box, click OK, and then restart the computer.

Note: For Windows 7, you can simply click Disable All on the Startup tab within the System Configuration window.

2. Delete your temporary files:

Go to the Start menu on your desktop. Press the Windows key and the letter R at the same time.
Type% TEMP% and press Enter.
Select all (Edit> Select All or Ctrl + A).
Click the Delete key.

Note: If you are using Windows 7, you will need to press Ctrl + A at the same time to highlight the files. Once the files are highlighted, you will need to press the Delete key.

3. Make sure your video card, sound card, motherboard and processor drivers are up to date. Running 2 cards in SLI or running 2 displays can also cause problems. Disable SLI or disconnect any additional displays you may be using. If you are overclocking, try running at standard clock settings.

4. Make sure any anti-virus or firewall software on your system is disabled.

5. Install Windows updates:
Click the Windows Start button and go to All Programs -> Windows Update. In the left pane, click "Check for updates" and if you find any, choose "Install updates".

I'm on a 2070 super, and it's just done it to me. Going from full screen to windowed mode...

Yea this isn't a slant at you but this is just generic corpo speak. I did all of this already without them needing to tell me. I have done everything humanly possible on my end and so it is 100% on their's. It would be great if they acknowledged there are multiple people all having a BSOD suddenly and stop acting like its 1 person with a fluke issue. :steamfacepalm:

Yes, nothing they said worked for me either. I am very very sure that the problem is with them and not us but I doubt they will notice if there are not more people sending messages to the official support and not posting on steam or reddit. I don't think there are moderators reading our complaints here :(
