I'm sorry that you're getting this error. I have checked the servers on our end and people are able to connect and play. Can you please run through {LINK REMOVED}this FAQ to try to resolve this?
- Ubisoft Support
I check the FAQ but it doesn't work ...
Just to confirm you can through all the steps in the guide, including forwarding the Ports that the game requires?
Are you able to connect to our other services, for instance the Account site here[account.ubisoft.com]
- Ubisoft Support
Yes, I can connect and login to your service as below
https://account.ubisoft.com/zh-TW/overview
I use netstat -abno command to check the ports as below ...
TCP: 443, 80, 14000, 14008, 14020, 14022, 14027, 14028, 14043
UDP: 3075, 3074
the required ports were not occupied ...
help please
Are you able to try a different connection? Just to see if the same thing occurs there? You could for instance even use a Hotspot from your phone to test that.
- Ubisoft Support
i am use hotspot from my phone now ... I play for honor this noon using USB connection from my cell phone
i offer some information that may help ...
I click for honor icon and enter the game this noon ...
after that,it shows the faction war results at beginning and then go to the start page
like this:
http://help.support.ubi.com/images/For_Honor/QuitPenalty_MainMenu.png
and for honor works fine ...
after 1 hour I closed the game and take a rest ... when I turn on my pc and want to play at evening, the error message 3--2147221502 appeared again
So it appears that your mobile connection works fine and that there is an issue with your home network connection.
Can you please try the following if you haven't already done so:
. Flush your DNS[support.ubi.com] then try again.
. Use a VPN connection and try again
. Use the Google DNS[developers.google.com] then try again.
Please confirm if any of these steps help to resolve the issue.
- Ubisoft Support
I flush my DNS by following step:
Windows 10
1. Ensure that you are on the Windows 10 desktop.
2. Right click on the start menu and choose Command Prompt (Admin)/ Windows PowerShell (Admin) from the menu.
3. Type in the command ipconfig /flushdns
I install a vpn app (as below) on my cell phone
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fast.free.unblock.thunder.vpn
i use google DNS like following picture
ipv4
https://www.howtogeek.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/sod_5.png.pagespeed.ce.6yWwAwgWBs.png
ipv6
http://www.thundercloud.net/infoave/images/2017/google-dns4.png
I flush my DNS ---- not work
I flush my DNS and use a VPN connection ---- not work
I flush my DNS and use a VPN connection and then use google DNS --- still not work
any suggestion?
In this case I would recommend contacting your internet service provider for further assistance and explain the issue to them as it appears to be an issue with your home network.
- Ubisoft Support
and you just tell me that I should contact my internet service provider to check connection problem in for honor ?
what a joke!
Unfortunately you've exhausted all the networking troubleshooting we can offer and we're not experiencing any widespread issues with connectivity in For Honor at the moment or server degradation. You've also confirmed that you were able to connect to our servers with a different connection so the issue does seem to be isolated to your home network in this case.
