To resolve this could you first please try verifying the game's files[ubi.li].
If you're still then receiving a key request after this, please then clear the Ubisoft Connect cache;
• Close the Ubisoft Connect application.
• Locate the Ubisoft Game Launcher/Ubisoft Connect folder by right-clicking on the Ubisoft Connect icon on your Desktop and choosing Open file location.
The default location is C:/Program Files(x86)/Ubisoft/Ubisoft Game Launcher.
• Rename the cache folder to something else e.g cachebackup.
• Relaunch the Ubisoft Connect application and check if the issue still occurs.
