Disconnect every 1-2 Games, Solutions?

My friend is running permanently an error to get disconnected in games from the uplay servers. We googled for hours and days now and did not find a way to get this work. As he won't get xp on every match he is getting disconnected, he is not really hyped anymore, because he can not get progress. He has 200k bandwith internet, big download, much upload, good connections on every other game. With a ping between 15-35. Please patch this, tell us a solution but there need something to be done.

Well your never going to get anything on a disconnect, As you disconnect nothing gets saved to the cloud, No statistic or anything just gone, Could his NAT type be strict open or what?

Thats the problem. We need to find a solution to prevent this disconnects. So many people have the same problem, when we searched for the Error Code: [7-00000004] v 32.268, no help is found. What do you mean by NAT type ?

is the ping that low always? including the matches he gets dropped from? cuz mine is usually 30, but there are times where my internet goes to sht and the ping becomes 150-400 until i restart the router and the game.

well... I dont know what else you can do but there is a new patch coming in september 6th, so maybe that will solve it.

Having this same issue once again. On my old PC I dealt with this for a very long time, after days/months i finally found a post somewhere and changed something that helped. Just gbot a new PC last week and having the issue all over again. I've turned off my firewall, have no extra security, it's nothing with my PC and being I dealt with it previously I know its a change is some settings with steam/ubistoft but I cannot remember for the life of me what it was.

Its hazy, but what I remember there's a location in settings or somewhere, where the game disconnects you if you seem to have some sort of spike in ping or something else and disconnects you form a match, and you have to basically turn it off.

Also my old PC was great, but i now have a rtx3090, 10th gen I9, and a hardwired high preformance network card added and never go below 230mb internet, For honor is the only game iv'e ever spiked in ping for whatever reason I have over 900 hours over a few years and I know it's their servers that have the issues.

If any of this sounds familiar please let us know, It's annoying me as i now get a 240fr on my new PC and love this game but keep getting DC'd again

I've ruled out internet connection, firewall and security settings on my side and have NAT open.

I'm always in good connection to the game, I have a high performance PC but the disconnects continue every couple matches. Please help, it was well over a year ago I found a change that had to be made and can't find it yet again. Thank you so much in advance.

Did you ever resolve this issue? I'm here, April 2021 and still having this occuring..
